Since the announcement of its release in 2011, Epic Games' Fortnite has garnered more than just a cult following. As of March 2019, there are an estimated 125 million players who have been using Boogie Bombs against their opponents or spending endless hours attempting to reach tier 100 to get the Keanu Reeves' John Wick skin. That's not only resulted in endless fun for players, but also immense profit for Epic.
With the release of Chapter 2's new season, the expectations and speculation for the game's new outing have come to fruition. Expectations are instrumental in keeping the interest of today's fickle gamers. With an abundance of options, maintaining relevance is a challenge for any form of media and in order to combat the threat of losing the interest of its 125 million players, Epic has launched Chapter 2 without any patch notes.

The exclusion of patch notes has put players in a frenzy to be the first to find every Easter egg, with each discovery tallying up views, likes and retweets on social media. Aside from Epic officially promoting a "new map," the opportunity to join limited time operations among their changes, it's the discovery of the interrogation feature that has allowed Jack 'CouRage" Dunlop to be the recipient of an abundance of attention of social media.
The practical usage of interrogation was not initially known, but the benefits quickly came to light. It has since been dubbed the "Fortnite Shakedown," and it ultimately allows you to locate all henchmen including the Boss henchman after confiscating a mini-map gadget. Seasoned Fortnite players will quickly recognize that having such intel is an advantage that will make life a little easier. On top of the benefits one will incur from a shakedown, the execution of one is not that difficult. Thanks to the enemy no longer dying immediately, if you inflict just the correct amount of damage, they instead fall to their knees. Once said enemy is down, simply choose "shakedown" as opposed to "carry." Such a move is almost akin to being invisible while crouching in Battle Royale, or the leg sweep in Mortal Kombat, except, for the moment it is universally accepted among gamers.

Without the patch notes being readily available, not every one of the 125 million players will be utilizing the shakedown for the time being, so it's all the more important to be part of the first wave of players that do. With so much to discover due to a new map, a little help locating the Boss Henchmen in order to obtain his weapon would be a game-changer. The one caveat is the fact that players will have to actually defeat the Boss Henchman.
Developed by Epic Games, Fortnite: Chapter Two is available for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, iOS and Android.
